Mountain View in Southwest Albuquerque Has Space, Great Community

Mountain View Offers Amenities and Wide Open Space

Mountain View is one of the southernmost neighborhoods in Albuquerque. If you’re looking for an Albuquerque neighborhood outside the hustle and bustle of the city, this is it! It has a number of convenient amenities like a community center and an elementary school, as well as several local businesses.

Community Center in Mountain View, ABQ

Every great community has a third space—a place where people can gather outside of home and work. And one of these places in Mountain View is the Mountain View Community Center. This center has programming for people of all ages, including a weight and workout room you can access all year for just a small fee. Or meet up with some friends and play pool in the rec room. For all ages, they have ceramics classes, and for kids, they offer before and after school care, plus summer camps.

Another staple of the community is Mountain View Elementary School, serving K-5. The school was fully rebuilt in 2017 and is now a school that’s admired throughout the region for its innovative design.

One local feature that might bring tourists to the region is the Valle de Oro Wildlife Refuge. This refuge is on a former dairy farm, and the long-term plan is to create several different native habitats where people can come and learn about the diverse wildlife and natural features of New Mexico. The goal is to reconnect people, especially young people, to nature. It’s along the Rio Grande River, and encompasses 570 acres.

Can I Use This Service At My Home Address WITHOUT Publishing My Address Online?

Yes, absolutely. During Google My Business setup, there is an option that asks about customers and clients visiting you at your location. We simply uncheck that box and request that your address is hidden.

How Is This Different Than Doing My Own Setup Through Google For Free?

The only difference is that we manage the entire process for you so that the only thing you have to do is look out for a single piece of mail and send it to us. Sometimes, Google does not send the postcard for verification right away and we need to make special requests on your behalf in order to make sure that you receive it. Ultimately, this saves you time and precious headspace from having to manage it. If you would like to do the process on your own, you can simply follow our YouTube tutorial here.
